On thursday 21st february me and my daughters visited the laing art gallery in Newcastle upon Tyne town centre to see if I could get any inspiration for my artwork.
There some beautiful pieces of artwork and sculpters at the gallery and it was a wonderful day out for me and the girls. 
These three paintings are beautiful watercolours, there where so many amazing water colour paintings but I personally found these three stood out to me and were my favourites.
This had to me my favourite sculpture out of all the sculptures in the gallery I think mainly because you could actually touch this one and feel all the rough and smooth parts and all the other bits and bobs on the sculpture its interesting because its about all the things you would find at the bottom of the sea but when you first look at this sculpture you wouldnt think its things you would find at the bottom of the sea but it is still beautiful
These last 15 paintings are some beautiful oil paintings around laing art gallery which I thought were very interesting some more than others but all of them were beautiful in their own way and the very last image is a a very large sheet of material with if I remeber oil paints on it but this gallery was a very good experience all in all.
