The aim of my blog is to be able to showcase my artwork to allow other people to see how I create my art work. This will also allow me to talk about my work, how my ideas come together and what I think of my work.
I am currently an art student in my second year studying a Foundation Degree in fine art at Queen Alexandra college where I have been studying art for the past four years. I am also juggling being a mum to twin girls whilst studying and being a student. I love drawing and painting but I am open to trying new ways of creating art. The styles of work I am currently interested in are pop art, tattoo styled work and zentangle.
The image above is a portrait of my twin daughters from when they were four days old. This is the very first portrait I had ever done and I am really pleased with the finished product
